Builders clean is divided in 3 phases (sometimes 4, if silicon cleaning is required).

1.  In the first mobilisation, heavy dirt and dust are removed. The goal is to get surfaces clean enough to see any major scratches or cracks. This is when our team will remove all accumulated trash - Clean excess caulking, debris & adhesive from surfaces​ - Dust and clean cabinets, from top to bottom, inside and out​ - Clean interior windows - Clean blinds, frames and tracks.

2. Final clean will be mobilised after all finishes are installed and before the punch list. Final clean shall make the unit(s) 100% clean, move in ready.

3. Sparkle clean is the last mobilisation and is completed after punch list. This clean is a light clean to remove extra dust and floor marks from punch list activities.
